It would appear that Paypal made some changes to their site/server this morning, which may have resulted in orders being rejected/not completed. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email then your order was not completed and payment was not taken.
I have been testing for the last 15 minutes and it appears that everything is working as it should, both for logged in customers and guests using Paypal Express checkout. If you do have issues, please get in touch and if all else fails I can send you a Paypal invoice directly.
