From reports it seems Royal Mail International services are returning to normal with some delays on some routes.

With this in mind I have re-enabled Royal Mail International Tracked services from today. Due to the long weekend orders will be dispatched from Tuesday 11th April.

UPDATE 9/2/23
Unfortunately Royal Mail have underestimated the extent of the delays international services are still experiencing. On top of that the tracking is not updating regularly, causing confusion for myself and customers. I have removed Royal Mail international shipping services again until transit times and tracking is back to normal.

UPDATE 30/01/23 1.35pm
Royal Mail have restarted International Tracked Service so I am re-enabling it on the website for orders dispatching from January 31st. I will caution that there may be slightly longer transit times than usual while the backlog is cleared.

Due to a ransomware attack on some Royal Mail systems they are advising not to uses international services for the time being.

I still have DHL as an option to most locations however it will make smaller value orders unfeasible. Unfortunately there is not a reliable, economical alternative to Royal Mail.
I will update as soon as Royal Mail have fixed the issue.
