I will be posting about each new product individually over the coming week, but here is an overview of the new products we have received in this shipment.
First a note that Wilkinson Deluxe Kluson style Machine Heads are back in stock in chrome.
Now on to the new stuff.
Staying with machine heads, we now stock Wilkinson E-Z-LOK Schaller style machine heads. Mini oval buttons and the quality we have come to expect from Wilkinson. £17.50
Dipping our toe in the waters of gold hardware we have received a batch of Gretsch “G” Arrow knobs in gold. If they prove popular and there is demand for more we may expand the selection to more than one line!
For the tinkerers we’ve sourced very nice high quality DPDT (double pole double throw) PUSH/PUSH pots. The same functionality as the push/pull pots these have a 9.4mm brass shank. Great for guitars with knobs a little difficult to pull and the perfect alternative to an S1 switch for a La Cabronita. Both log and linear and 250 and 500k. £5.75
A stock update wouldn’t be complete without a Tele-centric entry, and we have 2!
First up, steel compensate telecaster saddles. We have had these made by the same factory that makes the brass saddles on Wilkinson vintage bridges. Nickel plated steel, we’ve kept the price the same as the brass version at £7.50 a set.
Our second Telecaster specific offering is our new Custom Blank Control Plates. The same high quality thick chrome plated steel as our regular plates, these give the opportunity to use any custom control configuration while maintaining the traditional Tele vibe. Also useful as cavity covers on custom builds or on the Fender La Cabronita with some minor tweaking they are Fender spec 32mm wide.
Last up as always is Clearance Corner. It’s always worth keeping an eye on to see what special offers we have on. We have just marked down out Schaller style machine heads by 25%, to £12.
We were hoping to have a Mighty Mite shipment at the end of November, however it has been delayed and it doesn’t look like it will arrive before Christmas/New Year. As always keep an eye on this blog and Facebook page for updates.
