and this puppy was inside. Tele P90 prototype made for me by Ash at Oil City Pickups. Techie stuff – wound with 43awg to 11.7k (about equivalent output to a 8k P90 wound with 42awg). Custom made alnico 5 magnet magnet array … that has repelling poles just like a full P90. Now that’s all […]

Available now in the store. Have a good weekend!
Unfortunately due to one product not being ready in time my supplier did not ship before they shut up shop to head for NAMM this week, so the hardware shipment has been delayed. ETA is now next week. Fender shipment is on its way so hopefully will not be much longer.
These certainly look interesting – there is a standard 2 pickup model at 299euro, an uber-cool Bigsby model at 349euro and a bass model at 359euro. All have Fender Fidelitron pickups and come in black only. We’ll see how that price translates when they hit the UK, but going by today’s awful exchange rate, £258 […]
Check out the July issue of Guitarist Magazine. Our Hardtail Hipshot style bridge has made it onto the Fender La Cabronita long term test guitar. Thanks to Brian for the recommendation and to Josh for the write up. (Anyone have a scan of the page? My copy has not arrived yet.)
A large order of Fender Modern 6 Saddle Bridges is on the way – with luck it will be here by next weekend (depending on customs). Also a large hardware shipment is being prepared and will hopefully ship Monday. There’s a couple of new items coming in, a few samples of new custom pieces and […]
We have just the one vintage tint Telecaster neck with rosewood fingerboard left in stock. It has slightly oversized tuner holes so it is reduced to £85. Mighty Mite have significantly increased the price of the vintage tint line, so we are still debating whether or not we will be restocking them. Grab the last […]
Another lovely Allparts TMO-V neck is in the building. Check out the photos in the store – they are of the actual neck for sale. Remember, if you want to order an Allparts neck get in touch – I can usually beat their price and with free UK shipping that means a saving of around […]
By the time the plug cutter set arrived I had almost finished the body – it was ready for wax. With the plug cutter in my drill press I set about cutting plugs (surprise surprise) from a hard ash blank. At this point I learned something new: plug cutters DO NOT like hard woods! Eight […]
This build was a snap decision last weekend. I have had this Mighty Mite MM2705A body laying around for a while. Not up to par to sell (the ferrule holes are at an angle and the neck mount holes out of line) it gave me an excuse for another build! I had attempted to plug […]
