As Hosco stopped offering their plate for some reason I&#8217;ve had my supplier make these to Fender spec and 1.6mm thick. Just like the 2mm plates, these are the same length and width and have the same mount hole location as Fender plates. These will fit a bit better with thin vintage spec plates or &#8220;proper&#8221; bakelite plates.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.axecaster.co.uk\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=9_14&amp;products_id=563\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Aged Hosco Telecaster cup\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-lht6-1.xx.fbcdn.net\/v\/t1.0-9\/33495564_1827498550648144_4598085875635585024_n.jpg?_nc_cat=0&amp;oh=cc2a2a0248854e61dfe00656a4039f27&amp;oe=5BB9FB49\" alt=\"Aged Hosco Telecaster jack cup\" width=\"324\" height=\"242\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Speaking of Hosco I have found a method of ageing the push-in jack cups I am happy with. You may have seen a teaser pic on <a title=\"Axecaster on Facebook.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Axecaster.uk\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a> or <a title=\"Axecaster on Instagram\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/axecaster.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> and they are now <a title=\"Aged Hosco push-in jack cup.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.axecaster.co.uk\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=9_14&amp;products_id=563\" target=\"_blank\">in the store<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.axecaster.co.uk\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=12_40&amp;products_id=564\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Aged 1\/4 inch steel Telecaster saddles\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-lht6-1.xx.fbcdn.net\/v\/t1.0-9\/33744771_1828199450578054_5663290524421849088_o.jpg?_nc_cat=0&amp;oh=5cefa496192f816e070a75503255cd32&amp;oe=5BB82002\" alt=\"Aged Telkecaster saddles\" width=\"328\" height=\"245\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, less is more is the name of the game with my ageing and that continues with the <a title=\"Aged 1\/4 inch steel Telecaster saddles.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.axecaster.co.uk\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=12_40&amp;products_id=564\" target=\"_blank\">50s style 1\/4 inch steel saddles<\/a>. Just taking a little shine off without rusting everything to buggery!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.axecaster.co.uk\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=9_26&amp;products_id=565\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Aged pickguard screws\" src=\"https:\/\/www.axecaster.co.uk\/images\/R-SCRPKGRD.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finally I&#8217;ve added <a title=\"Aged pickguard screws\" href=\"https:\/\/www.axecaster.co.uk\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=9_26&amp;products_id=565\" target=\"_blank\">aged pickguard screws<\/a> to the store.
